Normally for best performance, it likes to know the voltage. A
90-250V range is quite large, so splitting it up to two ranges might
be more efficient in what it does. Since ~115V and ~230V are almost
the only voltages found in single phase AC mains, thats OK.
Short answer: It shouldn't have any problems, especially if you have
looked really hard and couldn't find the switch, and if you bought it
in a country which uses the same sort of voltage (+/- 10%).
FWIW: My Compaq Laptop power supply says:
Input
Hz 50-60
V 110-120/220-240
A 0.6/0.3
Here in Australia the power supply is 240V 50Hz. [W.A. is 250V for
some strange unknown reasons, though]
I haven't had direct experience with your particular PS, but I'd say
try it. But you can't hold it against me if it doesn't work. <G>
