I looks good to me. the layout is good.  i think if you'd been provided with decent 
graphics it woudl be a nice and "professional looking" page.  I've been where you are. 
they think they can do better, but if they could they wouldn't be getting you to work 
on this would they?  Doing web pages for people who don't know what they want is very 
frustrating.
