Is anyone on the list reading this stuff (I can't mention the name again- blood pressure) in DOS? Acrodos can't read new docs. GhostScript shows a "preview"- not really readable. Prints well, but I've a lot of reading and there are only so many trees. And only so much disk space for what I'll be using as a fancy "type (file)|more". Any converter I've seen loses needed table formatting. Some things just can't be understood without the illustrations. I believe there are some decent utilities to convert PDF to RTF. Good of you to think of them, but please don't tell me. You'll only get me started again. Adobe's web site says Acrobat Distiller makes documents readable by any computer in the world. I'm glad to see it. Now if my computer would just read them and fill ME in. If you can't read this message due to "system limitations", then point your copy of my free Lummox reader to the attached file. PS- If you rename the file to XXXX.com, it'll reset your vga to standard text mode after some programmer left you hung in another mode (19 bytes). boB http://io.spaceports.com/~sixforty/ -- Arachne V1.60;b1, NON-COMMERCIAL copy, http://arachne.cz/
