Hello Smitty:

All Nettamer error messages are explained in the appendix of NETTAMER.DOC.

This is what it has to say concerning Error 75:

"75 File access error

This is usually an error involving share.exe or another "TSR"
program. Please write me with the specifics if you cannot resolve
this on your own."

Another problem that can result in a file access error would be a bad
setup that specifies incorrect directory paths.

I don't think you should try to run Nettamer from a CD ROM. The program
needs to write to a disk somewhere, and all your directory names must be
specified in the setup. You might want to change these directory names
sometime, even after you succeed in getting the program running.

The author of Nettamer, David Colston, is one of the most supportive
shareware authors in the business. If you can't solve this problem
on your own, or with a little help from your friends, then write to
David Colston or "Uncle Dave", as he is better known.

I have been using Nettamer for years and I like it very much. I even
registered it. Don't hesitate to write to me privately if you need
more help.

BTW, if you have one of those inferior plug-and-play WinModems, (all of
them are inferior, without any exception) then you might not be able to
get Nettamer to dial from a DOS box. Try this:

Click on SHUT DOWN > RESTART IN MS-DOS MODE.

Do this instead of pressing F8 during bootup. That was the only way I
could get Nettamer to run on a Windows 95 machine with a WinModem.
