Is there a definitive utility that will document the speed
increases, performance increases caused by modifications such as
those detailed below? Smitty

(i.e.. now I can "afford" to run SmartDrv on it <g>). A fresh
installation of win 3.x (and a little use of "KGB") will also
increase the
speed (it's incredibly slow right now even with the speed
increase loading
smartdrv did).

smartdrv: 35s :/
I bet that with a fresh install and "KGB" I can get it down to
under 30s. :)
