You are quite right Bernie. And if you messed up the file dates on
your system, setting them back some 10 years doesn't really matter.
It would of course be nice if all the files could have had file
dates set to their date of creation, but if you look at the MS site,
you'll notice most or all of the files there are set to December
15, 1999. Probably from when they re-organized and moved the files
there. Same with the internal file dates, those that are declared in
the file headers.

My 2c worth: Some prefer it, others don't. Although Cc means Carbon
Copy, some refer to is at Courtesy Copy. I prefer a Cc my self,
particularly when I am in a digest mode - since then I will
be able to reply sooner (if possible) than waiting for the digest.
But anyway, you've just informed Brent and the rest of us about
your preference, so duly noted (just hope I can remember it :)
