Independent Ratings Recent independent survey results have ranked us at the top in customer satisfaction and much greater than our free copycats, and also much, much higher than those still taking $20.00 monthly from their customers. We received an 87 percent satisfaction rating, while AOL was at only 46 percent! We also rated higher than Earthlink/Mindspring, ATT, and MSN. Sometimes, with the support of their subscribers, the little guys can win! Percentage Active We are also proud to share with you that compared to the figures reported by our copycats, we have a much higher percentage of subscribers who actually use the service. We will continue to strive to provide you with the most reliable and easy to use access available so as to insure you all stick around and keep using the service for many years to come. Network We continue to add capacity in advance as required in our facilities so as to stay ahead of rapidly growing demands due to the increase in the number of end users on the network. We will continue to stay ahead of the demand. We will also be building additional facilities in the West and a few other markets, and will then be able to provide busy-free service in those regions as well, something that is not possible in some markets because in those areas (15 percent of the U.S. and Canada) we still use other networks to provide you with access to our systems and the Internet, and they, as big as they are, do not have the same level of caring as we do to insure a busy-free network. Systems We continue to add capacity to our mail servers, just recently adding another battery of fiber optic drives lowering our used capacity from 93 percent to about 30 percent. As we continue to grow, we^-ll continue to increase the capacity of these and all of our systems involved in providing quality, redundant service. All of our employees, veterans and rookies, thank you for your support. GREAT DANES For those following the details, Albert is now up to 76 pounds at six months. Since he began to drive Maxine (nine and a half years old) a little nuts, we have since added Norman to the family. Norman, now three and a half months old, is up to 58 pounds. They are all harlequins. Norman likes to speak a lot, and looks exactly like Maxine. Albert is more black than white. They all have those great black rings around the eyes. Yes, the bed is getting quite crowded! FOR THOSE NEW TO THE NETWORK-WHO ARE WE, WHAT ARE WE ALL ABOUT?
