I'd like to find a program, that can run in the background, and log file
accesses for me. Some program on my computer, in Windows 98, is accessing
the hard drive every 17 minutes, and I'd like to know what program it is,
and what file it is opening. I think someone mentioned a program on this
list a few weeks ago that might do what I need, but I've forgotten what it
was.
