Use FDISK from one of these to remove the partition:
1. MS-DOS 7.x
2. DR-DOS 7.x
3. OS/2 Warp
4. Linux

If you are going to change name to "Mr. DOS and Linux" <BG> then you can
use as big as you want. But the DOS part of the HD can only be the first 8.4G
My 6.5 is divided into two (2G W95 and the rest Linux) and my 8.4G is
entirely for DOS (the others I rarely use). I also have a 10.1G HD in
another machine that only has W95.
If you are only planning on running DOS then you should try and go back so
close to 8.4G as you can without loosing any money. (A few months ago a
8.4G was more expensive than a 10G or 12G - I haven't cared much since then
since I don't need more HD space (I'm running out of letters in DOS as it
is <g>)).
