I too have an Oak 16bit card. It has both 9pin and 15pin
connectors and works with any type of monitor. It is the
most useful video card I have!
The DIP switches are as follows:
1234 CGA
24 VGA COLOR
14 VGA MONO
234 HERC (NMI)
134 HERC (NMI off)
34 EGA (NMI)
124 EGA (NMI off)
