Easy, you connect the internal speakers output to the speakers inport on
the SB16 (I'm assuming the SB16 PnP still have this since the true SB16
cards have it).

In theory one could probably hook up on the interupt for the speaker,
convert it and send it to the soundcard. Haven't heard of any such thing
however.
