Two options:
Novell (http://support.novell.com/ has the files) have a TCP/IP stack
that'll work with Windows 3, incorporating itself into the PNW stack. That
may not provide access to W2K, even with the MS client.
Microsoft (anonymous ftp to ftp.microsoft.com somewhere) have a MS Networks
client for DOS. You can also find it linked from http://www.samba.org I
think.
