I just wanted to check and make sure I have this right:

1. Any strongly expressed opinion or unpopular point of view may
be labeled a "rant" and is frowned upon and perhaps even not
allowed.

2. Anyone who agrees with the strongly expressed opinion or
unpopular point of view is also "ranting."

3. However, "ranting" about those rants included in #1 and #2 is
perfectly acceptable.

Friendly Reminder #1:
Not everyone who gives a virus warning is a new commer. The most
recent case is a perfect example of this.

Friendly Reminder #2:
I have been a member of this list since shortly after it was
founded in Sept 1998.

Friendly Reminder #3:
I can remember several times when some very negative opinions
have been strongly expressed in this list concerning Windows,
(and other topics as well) and no one attacked the person
expressing said opinion, and in fact there were a lot of "me too"
messages expressing support.

And to Wizard: Your delete key works just as well as mine.

Thank You,
Boanne
