Is there a standalone dns client around, for Windows or DOS? Currently,
if I want to convert an IP to a URL, or vice versa, I have to run mIRC,
then type /dns IP# to do it, but wondered if there was a standalone
client. Preferably one that can do reverse lookups, too. I'd also like
to find a finger client for Windows. If I'm in DOS, I already have
Minuet's finger option.

I'm using Windows 98, but couldn't find any programs in the Windows
directory that looked like they would do what I want.
