Maybe the finishing blow to that argument could be a look at what's
rather near your place - most 'puters & parts are produced in SE Asia,
and almost all the workforce in those sweatshops are women. So.
(Luckily we *know* you're not a 'puter-anti-feminist, otherwise that
could have been the start of a beautiful flame war here, <g>. And
Yolanda's remarks were really sovereign, anyway.)
BTW, my daughter (8) knows how to repair mice, and can solder.
