This sounds promising for the Tandy 3000HD with its 640k RAM,
30286 processor and 40mB HD. I'd need to load it from a 5.25
floppy, though ;-) Comments? The Tandy runs in CGA mono-
xhrome mode (I think) on its B/W monochrome monitor... and
IIRC runs DOS 3.2 or 3.3. Perhaps there's a MEM command at
that DOS rev level that will confirm the anount of total RAM?
BTW there's no Windoze installed on this machine, if that's not
already obvious!
TIA, -Pete
PS I have access to a PC which has both 3.5 and 5.25 F/Drives
and is I think at about DOS 5...

Use VER to verify the exact version of DOS. Try CHKDSK A: (or B: or ...)
the last two listings should give the total number of bytes of memory,
followed by the number of bytes free. (Divide by 1024 to get the number
of K - 640 K = 655,360 bytes.)
