There are 3 TCP/IP (IP4) stacks:
WATTCP, TRUMPET, NCSA.
WATTCP is derived from NCSA, TRUMPET is a commercial one write from ground.
I suggest you to download NCSA TCP/IP stack since it is in the Public
Domain, be aware about some port number are hard coded like DNS one. WATTCP
is the most used on DOS application but you must purcase a book wich explain
you the WATTCP API, WATTCP does not use Berkley ones.
WATTCP and TRUMPET need packet drivers, NCSA is able to work directly with
some NIC hardware.
