Everyone west of England should be -x and everyone east should
be +x. I know the input of nettamer accepts them incorrectly, but
swaps when the mail is sent.

I'm not sure of all the times, etc, but they are on the web
somewhere! Its in the clock on W9x, but the codes are not
displayed.

And FWIW NZ would be in Daylight Savings/Summer time by now,
so it would indeed be 13 hours ahead. Australia (the continent) is
currently in 5 timezones, two of them being +9.5 and +10.5 IIRC.

So remember there are theoretically 48 timezones, but not all the
x.5's are in use.
