If there is anyone in the UK who knows how to set up an NTLWORLD dial up account on a Win3.11 machine, please could they mail me offlist. The install CD is for Win95/8 and Mac only, and isn't searchable for clues. I'm told there is a web page for sign up, but have so far failed to locate the url.
