I have these three utilities, mark and release and mapmem, and I frequently
use them.  Didn't think of trying them this time.  Generally they work just
fine when it comes to unloading TSRs.  I solved the problem anyway,
simply by not loading the mouse driver in the first place.  I remarked
out the line that loads the mouse driver in AUTOEXEC.BAT.  This should
not have been necessary.  Unloading the mouse driver should have done
the trick.  Maybe if I had used mark and release I might have gotten
better results.
