One thing that's missing is knowledge of regulations on radio in your
part of the world. Around here unregulated, unlicensed radio waves that
leave the house are a no-no, no matter what other regulations such as
output power, interference, etc. may have been complied with.
On the other hand, cable isn't necessarily out of the question if you
can afford that length of cable and have a little left for some
"breadboard" activity.
I've given thought to both ways to do it. Yes, this does include using
radio and not getting caught "violating" senseless regulations iff
you're not hurting anyone. I don't have the time to write it up
immediately, but I'll move it up the list and contact you when I've done
it.
