Dear list,
I got at least 200 old floppies from a friend who did not need them
any longer. I thought they could be useful for email archive.
When I wanted to use them I was surprised.
They probably have been used on Macintosh. DOS refuses to read, write
and format them. On the labels there are various type descriptions
eg.:
- 135 TPI Double Sided Double Density Soft Sectored
- 3.5 Inch MF-2DD
- Micro Floppydisk MFD-1DD Single Sided
- MF-2DD 80 Tracks 135 TPI
Is there anything I can do with them on a PC FDD?
Regards
Christof Lange
