Ahhh. I had no intention of doing THAT sort of thing. I agree this would be
a nice addition, but my intent was to spare the upgradee the drudgery of
making a list of changed files and then copying them to the new install.
I'm not concerned myself about a few lines in a .CFG file. My problem, and
that of some others, it to preserve the hard work that went into customizing
our Arachnes.
In my case there are, I believe, about 35 files that have been modified and
Christof seems to have even more. The ability to have appearance "tweaks"
flagged automatically by DOS is a godsend to someone as lazy as me. <g>
There is a new version of GETnLOAD.zip with instructions now available and I
shall download that file compare program to see if it can be integrated with
my overgrader. If it is possible, I will let you know.
