Huh?  Are you sure you're not getting confused with a bootloader, for
example LILO or GRUB?  Loadlin is a DOS program that'll load Linux without
rebooting.  What you'd do would be have DR-DOS boot all the time, and then
use a CONFIG.SYS menu or F5 and the command prompt to run LOADLIN <kernel
filename> root=<root device>
