Sorry about that Ron. I didn't mean to do that. John and I have been
conversing both on and off list, and I sent the attachment in a reply,
thinking it was one of his off list messages. I explained this in a
subsequent message but not everyone saw it. Maybe I should have done it
in a new thread. It is not my normal practice to send attachments to
mailing lists, I simply made a mistake.
