Hi List!

I'm still hanging around also, hehe. Right now I'm using the resurrected
486DX2 66mHz machine I was given, minus a HD, but I had a spare 170 meg HD
on hand, and 16 meg RAM. Installed MS DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.1, w/3.11
"refresh" update files. She's running pretty well now, along with AOHell
3.0 and MSIE 3.03. My other SurvPCs include my primary machine, a 486DX4
100mHz w/24meg RAM, 2.1 gB HD, running either Win95 OSR1 or MS DOS
6.22...then there's my IBM PS2 Model 5500 SX, 16 mHz 386SX, have now added 4
more meg RAM, after I located a Reference Disk, hehe (that's a story in and
of itself) and can even access the web with the old 2400 baud internal
Racal-Vadic modem. Lynx 386 DOS version 2.8.1 runs well on her, and I use
NetMail DOS 2.12 along with NE text editor for emails on it. The 486DX4
runs Arachne very well, along with a couple of versions of Lynx 386, with a
33.6 modem. My biggest gripe at present is the lack of ISPs in my area
which will accept a login from anything other than Windows. I'm looking
though! Well, enough for now, everyone have a great one!
C U L8R!
