You errored in attributing the comment below to me. It came from Day
Brown. That was about the same time when Day appointed himself
Benevolent Dictator and decided to cut off the heads of all unloyal
subjects who sent SPAM or viruses - be they private citizens or
corporations <BG>

Day's approach of standing on a soap box and screaming rarely gets much
results. My personal preference is to use a professional advocate and
gain a cumulative level of nagging about SPAM and viruses.

abuse@ISP
postmaster@ISP
where ISP stands for the apparent ISP after the "@".

Just don't be surprised if you are ignored or discover that it is
invalid
if you do a NSLOOKUP.  If you do happen upon a responsible ISP "whose
name
has dragged through the mud," they will go after the culprit.
