Softcon has an ftp site at ftp.softcon.com. It is currently in the
process of being rebuilt after all the server difficulties, so it isn't as
large as it once was, or as large as it will once again be when it is
complete (we're planning to have upwards of 30 CD-roms loaded with dos
software) but it is still somewhat serviceable. And of course, if anyone
wants to contribute, feel free.
As for the survpc archives, the bottom of the messages give you the url
