Not so far as I know, but someone out there is sure to have done drivers so that USB can be used from DOS. USB has been out long enough now, and while I'm told that the USB spec seems to be written to deliberately obscure its details, I'm certain that some enterprising geek, somewhere, has cooked up drivers.
