There's already a freeware called NTFSDOS from
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/NTFSDOS.shtml
it enable "Real Dos" to access NTFS file system (read-only)
For read/write capability you must buy the Pro version.

To access FAT32, you can download FAT32 driver for
DR-DOS 7.03 from
http://www.8ung.at/dos/download.htm
I expect the driver won't work with MS/IBM "Real Dos"
but I haven't tried, who knows, maybe...?

hope this helps also,
~ian

It would be possible to write system-level drivers which could allow
DOS access to those file systems. Such a device driver could be loaded
in CONFIG.SYS to provide an interface for DOS to work with, to access
these other types of file systems. It would be pretty low-level work,
though. Perhaps I'll tackle it when I've got a free year or two.
*grin*

Hope this helps,
