Dear Jim,

You might try copying it into the C:\WINDOWS directory, as well as the
system directory.  I've seen some cases where that was a quick fix.

To be sure where the system is looking for this DLL file to appear,
start up Regedit, and do a search for "msnp32.dll".  You should come
across several references to it, of which one should have a key value
referring to where your system expects to find this DLL.
