I can't access my Control Panel in "Main" in Win3.1... it appears with the red re-sizing border within the "Main" Desktop
I try to "pull" it back to full visibility with my mouse but I can't (: I click once onto the Main Desktop and Control Panel retreats back to it's icon on the "main" desktop *without a cold reboot* I tried re-installing Windows when it completely disappeared and would not run even when I tried running it(control.exe) from the File Manager reinstalling Win got me back again to the partially visible, with red re-sizing border, Control Panel desktop but now with only 3 Control Panel icons visible/available and again even when I run it(control.exe) from the File Manager, it's desktop only appears partially visible with the red border and 3 icons I realize this might seem like a waste of time yet I am curious if anyone who has extensive experience with win3.1 might have any ideas on this Andy in Phili To unsubscribe from SURVPC send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with unsubscribe SURVPC in the body of the message.
