The solution is the same one a professional coach would use with an team
member when they are performing at their normal level of professionalism.

Fact: Jorge has had computer virus problems for more than two weeks.

Are you volunteering to have all of the virus infected extra messages piped
to your email, I'm sure that could be arranged. Now I think that is funny,
do you?
