Constant,

A year ago or so I bought an adaptor for the back plate
of my wife's (older, K6-2 350mhz) computer. It's a small
plate that mounts to an empty slot opening in the back of
the chassis, with a few wires (3? 4?) that connect to the
USB pins on the MoBo.

I did some Google searches myself. Sometimes it's just
a matter of finding the right word combination.

A Google search for "usb adaptor plate" found this:
www.cablesbyacc.com/catalog2lvl.cfm?category=USB
and this:
www.cablesbyacc.com/catalog3lvl.cfm?product=CUAROB&category=USB

A Google search for "usb slot cable" turned up this:
http://www.canada-shops.com/Stores/bestcable/c51485p9532828.2.html
and this:
http://www.allcables.com/allcables/Interal_Cables.cfm

Another mention is here:
www.cccmd.com/asp/cables_1.html
and another here:
http://svc011.bne084v.server-web.com/product_list.asp?SortCode=AC&ProdList=64
and here:
http://svc011.bne084v.server-web.com/product_detail.asp?SortCode=AC&Title=AC-
USB001
(you can get to these listings through their front page
at http://svc011.bne084v.server-web.com/ by typeing the
phrase "usb slot adaptor" in their [Product Search] box.

Hope this helps.

Best Regards,
Garry Hamilton
