I may be wrong, but I think the xvb extension is MS's new
".NetVisualBasic". So it may be something like a VB Script file...open
in a web browser and see what happens...you probably need Win2K or some
such monstrosity for it to work as intended, along with the MS .NET
runtimes. This is all guesswork though!
