'Course we're not ON Yahoo Groups anymore, but you're right about the
discussion. The thread that came up on had nothing to do with Surv-class
hardware though. Discussions on getting XP to run on old hardware is just
fine. Hell, it wasn't all that long ago that someone declared Linux
discussions off-topic for the same reasons. However, if someone starts with
"I love XP on my P4 with 1GB memory!" they'll surely annoy some.

OK, this does pique my curiosity. Please report back after you've loaded an
app or two and let us know how it's going doing real tasks!
