Did they tell you HOW? Did you use their "SoftPaq" SP?????? Configuration Utility? If not, use the Compaq website search utility to look for support for the Armada 1130. Compaq is pretty helpful, but you have to ask the right questions, like: "Did you test the RAM that failed?"
