Power DVD or WIN DVD play them well.... but you can also use windows media player, so long as you have the latest version. Just right click on the DAT file and choose OPEN WITH ... then choose the program. I've also used Yahoo Player and a grapics program called IrfanView. They work pretty well also. I don't know what you can use for MACs.... sorry
