You might could goto datalight.com and get a copy of romdos. designed for embedded, it dont assume a hard drive. You'd need to remove one drive, install on a newer system, and format romdos on a 360 floppy.
then put it back. so you can boot. and oh yeah, maybe a little bit of netware. lookitup, aint hard to take a pair of dead mice cables and make an RS232 that would connect the com port of the pc to a new system so you can copy more files without swapping floppies.
