Heimo, and others interested,
I have put FTP Wizard 1.00 up for download on my SurfBest site! The file
you want is FTP-WIZ.LZH, an LHA archive, so you will need LHA to uncompress
it. I use LHA since it is freely distributable as are the archives created
with it. To download the file, you can use either FTP or HTTP prototcol,
the URL for each type as follows:
FTP ftp:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/ftp-wiz.lzh

HTTP http:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/ftp-wiz.lzh

Please let me know if you experience difficulities downloading the file.
As you may or may not be aware, several FTP sites, mainly hosted on MS IIS
servers, have slightly modified the FTP protocols used to access those
sites, mainly by way of "authorized" users, but not "anonymous" access. By
bastardizing the FTP protocols and including some DHCP and other newer
protocols, these sites, such as my web site hosted by msnhomepages.talkcity.
com, have locked many DOS users out! My only recourse was to use some type
of Windows FTP client. I wrote FTP Wizard to include the newer WATTCP
libararies, this has some DHCP protocols included. The result is I am now
able to log in to my FTP site served by MS IIS! Good Luck!
C U L8R!
