The Internet uses sigs rather that taglines. *nix mail/newsreaders
will add whatever is in ~/.signature to your message. I haven't
used it yet, but I just installed a small (6482 bytes) utility
called "sigrot" that will choose the next (or random) sig from a
file containing multiple sigs.

I also saw another program on google/linux called "taglines".
