Not often do I need help so desparately. I am writing, illustrating and delivering some academic material. I need to do things under my own hand. (My course is called BrainPower ie how to use memory devices, control stress, etc)
to help me out I just got myself a Graphire Tablet. This is just a really super device. It comes with Painter Classic, and although i like Painter, it is NOTHING like SmartSketch in ease of use. SS has so many neato features that make a quick drawing so easy. I have SmartSetch on my Mac, but really need it on my PC so I can use the Graphire with it. Here's the problem. I cannot find my install disks. All I have are my 30 day 'trial version" disks. Smart Sketch was published by FutureWave, which sold out to Macromedia. Their gif animation program became Flash. I tried doing a google on FutureWave but could not find a thing. So how would i go about finding replacement disks for SmartSketch Win. It was made for Win 3.1 / Win 95. Do i go to eBay? How about BearShare or ?? What search engines do I access? Thanks for any help here. Of course, I have no idea at all if it is possible to take out the 30 day timecode, which strikes me as possibly being the easy route. Is it?
