All valid points, yes I agree.

I had installed Oberon over a decade ago but had no time
to become familiar with a new user interface.  This was
a return to "unfinished business" in a way.

Oberon has a lineage or heritage or whatever having been
originally designed as the next-gen Modula2 by Nikolas
Wirth the "father" of Pascal.

I wanted to give it a chance based on the credibility of it's
author and to finish what I had started some years ago.

I do feel I gave Oberon and it's maintainers a reasonable
opportunity to convince me Oberon had value here on my system.
They did not, I am OK with that.
