Video players: yes. QuickView and MPEG.EXE come to mind. There are
others.
It is a relatively simple matter to add MPEG, AVI, MOV and QV to the
FREEBE 4 package, but you will need to have QuickView somewhere on your
system.
Video cutters/editors: not really. But there are some that can play
around with some formats, but are not really practical with slower
"survPC"s. And with the newer AVI codecs the older DOS progs are being
left behind.
