External Adapter, which has the power supply in it. I also have a neat
docking station but it uses the same power supply IIRC. Perhaps I'll
unpack it and see if that makes a difference. A new power supply would
be pretty inexpensive, I think.

I only have the battery that is in it, a replacement is around $140US.
The battery worked a little while ago but could have failed. A new
battery is probably more than the replacement cost of the computer.
