It's not registering the disk change.  This is probably
a hardware fault in the drive.  Although I seem to remember
that some old floppies have a jumper for this, and I fixed
one by putting a jumper there.  I also seem to remember that
there is a simple way to force a fresh disk read on a faulty
drive.  Try CTRL-C
