hi ,anyone gain for some fun?

i realize that many just do not know, but this is really funny.
blue mountain.com
which has been consumed by american greetings btw, has a semi accessible
website.
it really is so hit and miss that it can only be due to someone not testing
than being intentional closed.
blue mountain was beautifully accessible for years, and is rather surprised
to learn that their new parent company chooses not to do so,
my question is this,
will you call
1-888-254-1451 or 50.
the latter is their sales line.
ask them why the site chooses to discriminate while claiming to make the
sharing cards and keeping in touch as easy as possible for everyone?
tell them that the site is not 508 compliant which is a federal regulation,
and that shaun a tech supervisor knows the site is not compliant, and says he
has no idea of the site is going to be.
previously, blue mountain was more than compliant, and again the changes are
too hit and miss for this to be intentional,
i can log in, but cannot join,
i can create a card, but cannot send it.
rather silly stuff.
I would not suggest save that the blue mountain people are really wanting to
change things, and have lost revenue over the changes.
it cost you nothing, and shows them this is a real problem.
truth be told, if any of you are in the business, let me know.
paypal has the same problem, and some over there are just confused.

i laughed when shaun at american greetings told me he tested it with jfw, i
said that is a $1,500 piece of software, and has nothing to do with
compliance.
if the site was 508 compliant it would work with anything not just for the
blind who can afford that program.
i told him this is not a blindness issue, anyone using programs for those
who have a learning disability, tom cruze for example, cannot access the
construction either.
if the change costs you nothing but generates revenue opening you up to the
world in a greater degree and puts you firmly in the bounds of federal law,
what is the problem?
in most cases they do not know,in paypal's case they do not care, but this
is another issue.
so, give blue mountain a call, and shake them up a bit today please?
