James I currently have a 17" Sun monitor hooked up to a Windows box. Been
awhile since I did it, but I do remember I had to get both a special video
card and the adapter for the cable. Can't remember the name of the card off
hand (found it on the web), but I do remember it was around $100 to get it
working. The video looks okay in Windows, with the exception of a couple of
bars that run down each side of the picture. Not sure if this was due to a
previous screen burn or just the way the monitor is. Works fine for what I
use it for.
