I was able to obtain an additional alternative ISP; www.dandy.net which I now have/use as a back-up to my currently problematic www.fast.net I found them in the BellAtlanic/verizon Yellow pages under "Internet" they are Nationwide! and offer me a $20. "*Shell* account" ***which works with my ancient DOS/Win3.11 computers*** their voice toll-free telephone number is 1-800-636-1188 *Nationwide* Dialup! No Setup Charges! No Contract Required! No Credit Card Needed!
