Thanks Rick for these URLs...

I *was* able to download the install executable for Netscape 4.08 :)

now, I have it on my hard drive with 4.9 MB free space...

it is a hand-me-down toshiba laptop with a (packed) 500 MB HD compressed
with Drivespace...

I will have to do some serious thinking about which directories I
would/will want to delete to make room/possible for me to have web access
again... yet at least I know/realize it *can* be done!(i.e. it just a
matter of me making space(I think)(my last copy was installed from and
onto the same zip disk and then the zip disk simply became unusable(i.e. I
never hit a deinstaller, I just simply stopped using the disk)(so I hope
there is no problem installing a new copy without me having used a
de-installer on the last copy))


unless i attempt to install it again to a zip disk
